Event summary

HyFlyers GC rookie Michael La Sasso won the 2026 LIV Golf Indianapolis tournament, capturing his first professional victory at just 22 years old. The event took place from August 20–23, 2026, at The Club at Chatham Hills in Westfield, Indiana. Because a later event in Michigan was canceled, the Indianapolis tournament served as the high-stakes 2026 season finale. Michael La Sasso shot a 5-under 65 on Sunday to finish at 18-under overall. He birdied the 72nd hole to beat Jon Rahm by a single stroke, making him the youngest winner in LIV Golf history. Jon Rahm's Legion XIII (consisting of Rahm, Tyrrell Hatton, Tom McKibbin, and Caleb Surratt) finished at 44-under to secure the Indianapolis team title. Because this was the final event, they were also crowned the overall 2026 LIV Golf Team Champions for the second year in a row.
