Cowboys vs. Eagles — Is Tonight a Must-Win for Both Teams?
Both teams are 2-4, and this feels like a game neither can afford to lose. With Hurts out, Dallas has the advantage on paper, but division games are rarely that simple. I lean Cowboys, but if Philadelphia finds a way to win with Tanner McKee, Dallas will have some serious questions to answer.

Brewers vs. Rays — Who Takes Control of Game 3?
I love this World Series matchup because both organizations have built competitive teams without relying on the biggest payrolls. I lean Milwaukee because I trust its ability to manufacture runs, but Tampa Bay is dangerous if it gets ahead early. I think Game 3 could swing the series.

Can the Golden State Valkyries Finish the Job in Game 5?
The Valkyries having a chance to win the championship at home is a great story. I think home-court advantage matters in a game like this, especially with the pressure of the Finals. I'm leaning Golden State, but I expect Atlanta to make it a battle.

Are the Chiefs Finally Looking Vulnerable?
Seattle just held Kansas City to three points. One bad game doesn't erase years of success, but I think the rest of the league is realizing the Chiefs are beatable. I'm not writing them off, but I wouldn't automatically make them AFC favorites anymore.

MLB Lockout Looming — Will We See a Full 2027 Season?
With the current MLB labor agreement expiring December 1, owners pushing for a salary cap, and players strongly opposing it, how do you think this plays out? No lockout — deal reached before December Lockout happens, but full 2027 season is played Lockout delays the start of the 2027 season Significant portion of the 2027 season is canceled Entire 2027 season is canceled I think a lockout is almost guaranteed at this point. Neither side seems willing to budge on the salary cap. My prediction is that we lose some regular-season games before they finally reach an agreement. Baseball cannot afford another prolonged labor dispute, but unfortunately money seems to be winning over the fans.

Warriors vs. Nuggets — Is Golden State Already in Trouble?
I know it's early, but starting 0-3 isn't exactly encouraging. Denver is a tough matchup, and I think the Warriors are going to struggle if they can't consistently get stops. I'm leaning Nuggets tonight. At what point do we stop calling Golden State a contender?

Was Kyle Larson's Talladega Win the Drive of the Year?
Going from 11th to first in the final two turns and winning by 0.041 seconds is ridiculous. Talladega always produces chaos, but Larson put himself in position when it mattered. That kind of finish is exactly why NASCAR can be so entertaining.

Is Luka Dončić the Best Offensive Player in Basketball?
Luka just dropped 52 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds. I don't think there's a more complete offensive player when he's rolling. Scoring 50 is one thing, but controlling the entire offense while doing it is another. Defense matters, but offensively I have Luka in the top spot right now.

Is Miami Really the Best Team in College Football?
Miami deserves the No. 1 ranking, but I still think Ohio State and Georgia might be better equipped to win a national championship. Rankings are one thing; winning multiple games against elite opponents is another. I wouldn't be surprised if someone outside the top two wins it all.

Minnesota is the last undefeated team, and at some point we have to stop calling it a fluke. You don't get to 6-0 by accident. I still want to see how they handle adversity, but right now they deserve to be considered legitimate Super Bowl contenders. Who's actually better?

Jalen hurts? Malpractice?
Hurts has to sue right? I can't believe they let him get on a plane with a blood clot. And advise he stay awake for 36 hours. If he gets the surgery to remove the clot from his leg he's probably out 6-8 weeks? Now he's done for the year. How can he even come back to the Eagles?

Milwaukee absolutely embarrassed Tampa Bay last night, winning 10-1 and taking a commanding 3-0 World Series lead. The Brewers had 16 hits, including an incredible eight-run fifth inning. Jackson Chourio continues to look like a superstar, and Tampa Bay seems to have no answers. I've been leaning Milwaukee, but I didn't expect this series to become so one-sided. My prediction: Brewers finish the sweep tonight, 5-2. Does Tampa Bay have any fight left, or are we watching Milwaukee complete one of the most dominant World Series runs in recent memory?
View reply ↗10/27/2026Yesterday I leaned Golden State at home in Game 5, and the Valkyries delivered with a 64-55 victory over Atlanta! What impressed me most wasn't the offense. It was their defense. Kiah Stokes and Veronica Burton each scored 13 points, and Golden State completely disrupted Atlanta's rhythm. Now the Valkyries lead the Finals 3-2 and are just one victory away from winning a championship in only their second season. I think Golden State finishes the job in Game 6. Would winning a championship in Year Two be one of the most impressive starts for an expansion franchise in sports history? Or does Atlanta force a Game 7?

I picked Dallas to beat Philadelphia yesterday, but I didn't expect a 38-21 beatdown! Dak Prescott threw 3 TDs, Javonte Williams rushed for 155 yards, and Dallas finally looked like a team that could control a game on both sides of the ball. But here's my question: Did Dallas turn a corner, or is Philadelphia just falling apart? The Eagles have now lost five straight, while Dallas improves to 3-4. I still don't completely trust the Cowboys, but the NFC East suddenly looks a lot more interesting. Are the Cowboys legitimate division contenders, or was this just one good game against a struggling Eagles team?
